Terms of use
Last updated 25 October 2026
These terms apply when you scan an M OS QR code at a cinema and order food or drinks to your seat or for pickup at the cafe counter. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who does what
- The cinema (for example Aashirvad Cineplexx) sells, makes and serves the food. Its cafe bill and GST apply to the food.
- Mstudios runs M OS: the ordering page, payment link and order tracking. Mstudios charges a small convenience fee per order, shown as its own line before you pay.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
Prices and fee
- Food prices are set by the cinema and include GST.
- The convenience fee is shown separately before you pay, and the total you pay is the food plus the fee.
- Prices on the page when you pay are the prices you are charged. The server always checks prices; a price changed on your phone is not accepted.
Your order
- An order is sent to the cafe only after the payment succeeds. Unpaid orders expire after 15 minutes and nothing is charged.
- Give your correct seat (as printed on your ticket) and a working mobile number. We use them only for this order.
- The cafe may cancel an order it cannot make (for example, an item ran out or the show ended). See Cancellation and refunds.
- Times shown are estimates. Delivery during the movie depends on the hall and staff. See Delivery in the theatre.
Fair use
Do not place fake orders, use someone else's payment method, or try to misuse or overload the service. We may limit or block ordering from a number or device that does this.
Liability
Questions about the food itself (taste, allergens, quantity) are for the cinema's cafe staff. Mstudios is responsible for the ordering service and the convenience fee. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Kollam, Kerala have jurisdiction.
