Delivery in the theatre

M OS orders are served inside the cinema only. Nothing is shipped or delivered outside the cinema.

To your seat

• Available in the audi named on the QR code you scanned. Enter the seat printed on your ticket.
• Right now: the page shows an estimated time, usually 10 to 20 minutes, depending on how busy the cafe is.
• At the interval: the order is made and brought when the interval starts.
• Staff bring the order to the seat you entered. If you are not at your seat, the order is kept at the cafe counter until the end of the show.

Collect at the counter

For lobby QR codes, or if you choose "I'll collect", the page tells you when the order is ready. Show the order screen at the cafe counter.

When ordering is closed

The cafe can pause QR ordering, for example when it is very busy, and set hours for each QR code. The page then shows that it is not taking orders, usually with the reason. You can still order at the counter.
