Privacy policy

This policy explains what M OS collects when you order from a cinema seat, why, and what we do with it. M OS is run by Mstudios, Kollam, Kerala, India.

What we collect

• Mobile number: for this order, its payment, and if we need to reach you about it.
• Seat and audi, or that you will collect at the counter: so the food reaches you.
• What you ordered, the amounts and the times: to make the order and for the cinema's bills and tax records.
• Network address (IP): only to stop abuse, such as too many orders from one place.
• On your phone: the page remembers your seat, number, language and screen choice in your browser so you don't type them again. You can clear this in your browser settings.

We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by our payment partner under its own privacy policy.

Who sees it

• The cafe staff of the cinema you ordered from see your order, seat and mobile number so they can serve you.
• Our payment partner receives your mobile number and the amount to take the payment.
• We do not sell your details or use them for advertising. We share them with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and bill records are kept for as long as tax law requires the cinema and us to keep them. Network addresses used to stop abuse are kept for a short time only.

Security

Data is stored with a managed database provider and sent over encrypted connections. Each order can be followed only with the private link on the phone that placed it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see or correct the details of your orders, or to delete them where the law allows, by writing to support@mstudiosmos.com. Grievance Officer: [name], Mstudios, [postal address], Kollam, Kerala. We reply within 30 days.
